認印(三文判)とは。。。　

印鑑登録(市町村に印鑑登録)をしていないハンコをいい、印鑑証明のいらない書類作成、一般事務（伝票関係・出勤簿・簡単な金銭受取）等に使います。通常は姓のみを彫刻し、押印用として携帯するハンコです。認印といえども捺印すると実印に準じた責任が伴います。

The seal which isn’t doing seal registration (in towns and villages, seal registration) is used for the form making and public work (check relation, attendance book and easy money receipt) etc. for which a good document certifying that a seal is registered isn’t necessary. The seal which usually carves only the last name and carries it for stamps. When I put a seal even though I say a private seal, it involves responsibility in accordance with a registered seal.

在不需要好，印章证明的文件作成，普通事务（传票关系·出勤簿·简单的金钱收据）等上使用没做登录印章(为市镇村登录印章)的印章。通常是雕刻只姓，作为盖印用携带的印章。即使是图章也盖章的话按照正式印章的责任伴随。

下次，关于更正印介绍。

前回の実印に引き続き今回は、銀行印について説明していきたいと思います。

銀行印とは。。。

金融機関での預貯金口座開設、金銭の出納に使用する重要なハンコで、定期預金・普通預金・振替預金・郵便預金等の金銭関係に使用します。認印と同様に、通常は姓のみを彫刻します。

1本のハンコで複数の口座を開設している場合に困るのが、そのハンコを紛失した際、全ての口座で改印の手続きをしないといけないということです。そのリスクを考えて出来るだけ金融機関や口座ごとにハンコを使い分けることがベストですが、預金通帳に『届け出の印影』が貼られなくなった現在では、どの通帳にどの印鑑を届けていたのか忘れてしまうこともあるでしょう。

It’s best to consider the risk and use a seal appropriately every financial institution and account as much as possible, but it would be forgot which seal was reported to which passbook present when “the imprint of the notification” wasn’t stuck on a passbook any more.

所谓银行符号。。。

在金融机关的储蓄和存款户头开设，用为金钱的出纳使用的重要的印章，为定期存款·活期存款·转帐存款·邮政存款等的金钱关系使用。与图章同样，通常雕刻只姓。

如果用1个印章开设复数的户头感到为难，遗失那个印章的时候，在全部的户头不办理改换图章的手续不成。考虑那个风险尽可能每金融机关和户头分开使用印章的最好,不过，在存折上(里)『申报的印迹』不被贴了的现在，哪个存折也会有忘记送交着哪个印章。

今回は、印鑑の用途について紹介したいと思います。

今回は、実印について紹介したいと思います。

実印とは。。。

実印とは住民登録をしている市区町村の役所や役場に、ご自身の戸籍上の姓名を彫刻したハンコを登録申請し、受理された印鑑のことをいいます。

たとえ、実印のような形態をしていても、登録をしていないものは実印とはいいません。言い換えれば、105円で買ったものでも登録してしまえば、それが実印となるのです。

実印はハンコの中で、もっとも重要なハンコであり、法律上・社会上の権利・義務の発生を伴います。実印は唯一性を守るため銀行印、認印など他のハンコとの併用をさけ、認印のように家族共同で使うことのないようにし、捺印する場合も書類の内容をよく読んで慎重に扱うことが大切です。

実印は姓名を彫刻することとはなっていませんが、姓と名前の両方を彫刻する方が安全です。主に以下の用途に使用します。

•公正証書の作成・金銭その他貸借証書・契約書
•不動産取引き
•遺産相続
•法人の発起人となるとき
•官公庁での諸手続き・恩給・供託
•自動車や電話の取引き
•保険金や補償金の受領

To maintain the nature only, a registered seal makes sure that there will be no cases that a bank mark and a private seal avoid use with other seals and use it in the family association like a private seal, and when putting a seal, it’s important to read the contents on a form well and handle it carefully.

A registered seal won’t carve the name, but the person who carves both of the last name and the name is safe. It’s used for the following use mainly.

* Making on a notarial deed, money and so on debit and credit bond and contract
* Real estate transaction
* Inheritance
* When it’s a promoter of a corporation.
* Taking miscellaneous proceedings at government offices, public pension and deposit
* Dealings of a car and the telephone
* Receipt of the insurance and compensation

所谓正式印章。。。
